1. About Us

  • What is is the official and exclusive distributor of Venus Lab products of Japan. This website is run and operated by Racosme Importers Inc., A company specializing in importation and distribution and Japanese and Korean beauty products. We chose to distribute Venus Lab products because it is currently the number 1 beauty brand in Japan and all of their products received a very high customer satisfaction rating. We have a direct line of communication with Venus Lab of Japan and we officially represent them for international and Philippine distribution.
  • What is Venus Lab?
    Venus Lab is the brand name created by IRIE Communications Inc, a Japan based skin care company specializing in face and body care. All Venus Lab products have a 5 star rating in major Japanese online shop such as Magazine reviews also rated the products 5 starts or perfect and is frequently chosen as editor's choice due to its effectiveness and overwhelming customer satisfaction. It is now one of the fastest growing brand in Japan and we are expecting new products to be introduced this year as well to cater for the growing demand from our clients. With 99% customer satisfaction rating, it is currently the highest rated beauty brand in Japan today.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • Do I need to register an account before ordering?
    No. Account registration is not required. You can purchase as a guest however, we do encourage registration as it will make it easier for us to help you. Registered users will also have an account dashboard that lists recent orders as well as their tracking information making it easy for you to track your parcel independently. Registered users will also receive newsletters regarding our current promotions and giveaways.
  • How do I register an account?
    Simply mouse over on MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and click LOGIN/REGISTER. You will see a CREATE AN ACCOUNT button on the right side of the page. Click it and a pop up will appear asking for your email and password. Simply click REGISTER and you are done. It is as simple as that. We will ask for your shipping and billing address once you are about to purchase from our shop. You can also register during purchase by completing the registration form when checking out.
  • How do I order?
    Simply mouse over the product you intend to purchase and click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG. You can also view the details first by click the picture of the product before clicking ADD TO SHOPPING BAG located just above the product's description. You can increase or decrease the product quantity by clicking on the + and - signs on the left side of the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button. The star icon located on the right side of the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button is the WISHLIST button. Clicking the WISHLIST button allows you to add a product on your wishlist to let your friends know that you want the product but cannot purchase it yet.

    You can continue browsing for other products and add more product to your shopping bag. Once finished and you are ready to check out, simply click CHECKOUT → PAY on the top menu or simply mouse over your SHOPPING BAG ICON on the upper right side of your screen and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

    Fill up the billing address form and if you need the items to be shipped to other address, uncheck the SHIP TO BILLING ADDRESS checkbox to fill up the shipping address form. Click PROCEED WITH PURCHASE. You will be asked to select your desired payment method. Just click your preferred payment option and click PLACE ORDER. Depending on your payment option, you should follow the succeeding steps to complete your purchase.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    For International clients outside the Philippines, We accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard credit cards via PayPal gateway, wired bank transfer and money transfer thru Western Union and Money Gram. For Philippine clients, we accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard credit cards via PayPal gateway, Bank Deposits thru BDO, BPI and Maybank, G Cash, Western Union, Money Gram and Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala.  

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship to my location?
    We ship to any country, territory, APO and P.O Box. As long as your area has a working post office, we can ship it to your location.
  • Do you ship door to door or is it for pick up?
    Delivery is door to door. There should be no fees to be paid when the product arrives at your house. In case you do not have a permanent address or your location is impassable, you can also give us an instruction to place HOLD FOR PICKUP tag at your parcel so you can simply pick it up at the nearest courier office.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Delivery cut off is at 12:00 P.M. All purchases occurring from 12:01 P.M onward will be shipped the next day. We do not ship during weekends hence, all purchases submitted during Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. We deliver to ANY COUNTRY, TERRITORY, PO BOX AND APO. Estimated delivery time frames are:


    All Countries and Territories: 15 to 20 working days


    Metro Manila: 1 to 2 days
    Provincial: 2 to 4 days

    The information above is just an approximation and it can be earlier to longer depending on the circumstances. There might be a holding time of about 2 to 3 days prior to shipment to allow emergency changes with your order such as adding/removing an item or changing the shipping address. This will also ensure that there are no payment issues that might arise such as unauthorized transactions or stolen credit card reports.
  • How much is the shipping?
    Express Local Delivery via LBC/XEND is ₱80.00 PHP per order irregardless of product quantity to anywhere in the Philippines. International Delivery costs  ₱350.00 PHP per product irregardless of the product and destination of delivery.
  • How can I track my order?
    Simply mouse over MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and click TRACK YOUR ORDER. Simply enter the order ID you receive when ordering as well as the email address you used during purchase and click TRACK. In the succeeding page, you will see your tracking number and website where to track your parcel as well as other important notes regarding your order.

4. Refund & Returns

  • If I am not satisfied, can I ask for a full refund?
    Customer satisfaction is our primordial priority. In case you are not happy with any of our products for any reasons, simply return the unused product to receive a refund. Take note that we do not refund non credit card and non PayPal payments. To know more, view our Delivery & Returns page.
